"First the positives. Great product. Great service installers. Arrived when they said they would. Happy customer. Now a couple of things to work on. The salesman didn't call back when I left two messages - Marcus. The email the day before installation was a little heavy handed with the threat of a payment of a couple of hundred dollars if our WIFI wasn't available on the day. Turns out it wasn't needed by the installers anyway. Still a happy customer, but not a five star customer"
