"The installers arrived on time. They were careful about positioning their truck, took the time to assess the load capacity of the proposed roof area and explained in detail the method of installation. The men worked diligently and methodically throughout the long, hot day. The electrician took time to explain the operation of the thermostat. On completion I was given a comprehensive briefing. The old tank was taken away and any litter was binned."
