"tracy was great to liaise with on the phone in organising the job the technician/installer was friendly and helpful. the accounts section dropped the ball as far as keeping track of the initial visit, refund, deposit on new unit and we received a bill for $500 more than we should have. but that was rectified when the mistake was brought to their attention."
